|---|---|---|
| Unsafe Driving | Speeding, reckless driving, improper lane changes and distracted driving. | Measure shown |
| Crash Indicator | Your history of crash involvement. | Not shown publicly |
| Hours-of-Service Compliance | Driving-time and logbook rules meant to prevent fatigue. | Measure shown |

Fleet risk review questions
Quick answers before you request a callback.
Do I have to buy insurance from Northdale to get a review?
No. The review is informational. If you would like a quote afterward, we can talk through your options.
Can you see my CSA percentiles?
For property carriers, percentile rankings and alerts are not shown publicly. You can log in to the FMCSA system with your USDOT PIN and share screenshots, or we can look at them together on a call.
Will a review change my current policy or premium?
No. A review does not change an existing policy. It helps you understand your record and what insurers may notice at quote or renewal.
What if my record has a mistake?
You can ask FMCSA to review data you believe is wrong through its DataQs system. We can point you to it during the call.
