Accessibility Statement

Northdale Insurance Agency, Inc. · Effective October 2, 2026

This statement explains Northdale accessibility goals, assistance channels and the process for reporting a barrier. It is written as a commitment to access, not a claim that the website has passed a full compliance audit.

Our commitment

Northdale Insurance Agency, Inc. seeks to provide people with disabilities meaningful access to our website and insurance services. We want visitors to be able to learn about coverage, request assistance and communicate with our office. We work to identify and address accessibility barriers and welcome feedback about an experience that does not meet your needs.

Website scope and accessibility goal

This statement covers Northdale public website pages, including coverage information, quote requests, contact forms, certificate and policy change request forms, and the legal notice pages. Separately operated services, such as an insurer's site or the ePayPolicy payment page, may have their own accessibility statements. Contact us if a linked service creates a barrier in obtaining our services.

Our accessibility goal is to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines address ways to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities. This is a design and improvement target, not a certification that every page, document or third-party tool fully conforms. We have not represented that a complete independent audit has been completed unless we separately publish its verified scope and results.

Areas we aim to support

  • Clear headings, page titles and a logical reading order so information is understandable with or without assistive technology.
  • Keyboard access to navigation, links, forms and expandable information, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Appropriate text descriptions for meaningful images and accessible names for controls.
  • Readable text, adequate contrast and layouts that remain usable with zoom and smaller screens.
  • Clear form labels, instructions, required-field indicators and errors that are communicated in text.
  • Predictable navigation and alternatives when a document, form or external tool is difficult to use.

We consider accessibility when making changes to the site and when selecting or reviewing services used in the visitor experience. We prioritize barriers affecting access to insurance information, requesting service and completing an important task.

Ask for help or an alternative format

If you cannot use a page, form or document, contact us and explain the information or service you need. We will work with you to provide an effective alternative and any assistance required by law. Depending on the situation, options may include assistance by phone or email, an accessible electronic document, a different document format or another suitable communication method. We do not charge an additional accessibility assistance fee for an accommodation required by law.

Our ordinary office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific, excluding closures. If a request has a deadline, please tell us so we can address the time sensitivity. For an emergency, call 911. For an urgent insurance claim outside our office hours, use the insurer's claims instructions and notify us as well.

What to include in feedback

Please tell us the page address or document name, the task you were trying to complete, what prevented you from completing it, and how you would like us to contact you. You may include your browser, device or assistive technology if useful, but you do not need to disclose a diagnosis or provide unnecessary medical information.

Do not send passwords, government identification numbers or payment credentials in an accessibility report. If the issue involves a confidential insurance record, we will help arrange an appropriate communication method. We use feedback to respond to the request and improve access in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our response process

We will review accessibility reports, seek clarification when necessary, and work to provide the requested information or service in a suitable way. Some technical corrections may take longer than an alternative service arrangement. We will communicate with you about practical next steps and relevant updates. If your concern remains unresolved, ask that it be referred to agency management.

Documents and external tools

Insurance policies, forms and notices may be supplied by carriers or other organizations. If a document is difficult to read or use, contact us for assistance obtaining an accessible version or another effective way to receive the information. We do not treat the fact that a document originated elsewhere as a reason to disregard an accessibility concern.

The online payment service is operated separately. If you cannot use it, contact our office for assistance with an appropriate alternative. Do not send payment credentials through the website contact form. Any alternative payment method remains subject to the applicable payment and insurance requirements.

Continuing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining the website. We will update this statement when our verified practices or assistance channels materially change. The effective date identifies the current statement. We appreciate specific reports that help us locate and correct a barrier.
